FINEXEC is an acronym for FINancial EXECutive and the project provides access to a range of calculators, financial and statistical calculation tools that can be applied in a variety of ways to meet the varying requirements for basic financial calculations. Access is also provided to the full Jsoftware environment.
FINEXEC calculators can be downloaded to your computer and used directly without having to install any other software. Help and information for the calculators is provided by clicking any buttons with a ?. You do not need to load any Jsoftware or have any knowledge about the use of Jsoftware. You simply download and install by following the simple installation procedure.
FINEXEC is written in the Jsoftware programming language that gives functionality and flexibility for solving problems and analysis beyond that available in a spreadsheet. As part of installing FINEXEC a full version of Jsoftware is also installed and is shown in a separate window. Josftware is required for the interactive tutorials and can be used for other calculations or analysis.
